在庆祝建监三十周年之际，上海市青浦监狱以科学管理为核心，不断探索罪犯教育矫治新途径，致力于开辟改造新天地。我们实施“产、学、业”与“评、管、矫”深度融合项目，助力罪犯在重塑自我中找到价值实现的桥梁。同时，我们绘制监狱发展的宏伟蓝图，打造对外展示的窗口，拓宽国际合作渠道，提升监狱工作的影响力，让青浦监狱法治的声音更加嘹亮，传得更远。
标准化执法

1、分押分管
依据罪犯的刑罚种类、刑期、犯罪类型、年龄、身体健康状况及相关评估报告，对不同类型的罪犯落实分押分管，确保管理的科学性和针对性。

2、狱政管理
监狱在罪犯管理、狱内安全防范等方面一以贯之，对罪犯衣、食、住以及行为进行严格管理，避免发生“三防”安全事故。

3、刑罚执行
自2021年以来，青浦监狱探索成立监狱办案中心，打造“1+2+3+4”办案新模式，依法严格公正文明执法，发挥监狱机关的职能作用，进一步规范“减假暂”案件办理。
4、日常管理
积极探索罪犯一日行为场景管理规范，对罪犯洗澡、晾衣、就餐、就诊、上课、会见等10种场景，22个情形，分别从门禁、站位、装备、交接、秩序、应急等6个要素方面进行明确和统一，规范实务性操作环节，将碎片化的管理经验、模式总结、提升、固化，促进监狱综合治理水平提高。

个性化改造
Part.02
1、艺术矫治
自建监以来，青浦监狱始终坚持艺术改造自己，艺术感染他人，艺术回报社会的宗旨，在艺术矫治罪犯的道路上，不断探索与实践。近10年来，爱生艺术团创编了一系列联创改造作品，其中最具代表性的为"心之三部曲",包括:原创现实主义题材音乐剧《心狱》、原创多媒体音乐话剧《心路》、原创音舞诗画《心梦》 。
2、产学业一体化
通过“产学业”一体化矫正项目，集技能培训、教育改造、回归就业于一体，改造出“含金量”更高、社会适应性更强的守法公民。

3、“评估管理矫正”一体化
探索创新以“评估、管理、矫正一体化”为路径的风险管控方法。以风险消除为目的探索全方位矫正，以个别化矫治为路径，以攻心治本的目标探索矫正项目。
