近日，浙江省2025年一季度重大项目集中开工仪式在绍兴柯桥浙江星柯光电有限公司启动。作为近三年柯桥引进的最大产业项目，星柯光电一期首条生产线已投产，二期项目占地260亩，将打造先进光电显示产业集群。

在前期筹备过程中，国网绍兴供电公司面对生产线高质量、高可靠用电需求，创新实施10千伏过渡供电方案。成立工作专班，建立“24小时响应”机制，30天完成2条线路迁改入地，拆除电杆24档，铺设电缆超千米。

零下寒潮中，供电团队昼夜攻坚，确保开工仪式“电力满格”。领导“一对一”承包制和“市场服务中心+属地单位”“双负责制”，今年将投运220千伏精卫变等13项工程，构建新型智能配电网。
