关于今年第1号台风“蝴蝶”！
目前中央气象台对“蝴蝶”的预警已升级为黄色。预警内容显示，“蝴蝶”将紧擦海南岛西部近海北上，之后将于14日中午前后在广东徐闻到广西北海一带沿海登陆（强热带风暴级，10-11级，25-30米/秒），登陆后转向东北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

大风预报：6月13日14时至14日14时，南海大部、北部湾、琼州海峡、西沙群岛、南沙群岛、中沙群岛、广东沿海、海南岛沿海、广西沿海将有6-8级风，阵风9-10级，台风中心经过的北部湾部分海域风力可达9-11级，阵风12-13级。

降水预报：6月13日14时至14日14时，海南岛、广西东南部、广东中南部、福建东南部、台湾岛大部等地有大到暴雨，其中，海南岛中西部、台湾岛南部等地部分地区有大暴雨，海南岛西南部局地有特大暴雨（250～400毫米）；上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量30～60毫米，局地可超过70毫米），局地有雷暴大风等强对流天气。

中央气象台6月13日10时继续发布暴雨黄色预警：预计，6月13日14时至14日14时，海南岛、广西东南部、广东中南部、福建东南部、台湾岛大部等地有大到暴雨，其中，海南岛中西部、台湾岛南部等地部分地区有大暴雨，海南岛西南部局地有特大暴雨（250～400毫米）；上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量30～60毫米，局地可超过70毫米），局地有雷暴大风等强对流天气。

受“蝴蝶”影响，本周末（14日、15日），华南中东部和中北部、江南中东部和南部等地部分地区有大到暴雨，其中，广西东南部、广东西南部和北部、江西东部等地部分地区有大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。

此外在北方，华北、西北等地部分地区将有强对流天气。中央气象台今日（13日）10时发布的强对流天气蓝色预警显示：预计6月13日14时至14日14时，西北地区东部、华北、内蒙古东部、华南南部等地的部分地区将有8级以上雷暴大风或冰雹天气，其中，甘肃东南部、陕西西南部、山西东南部、河北西南部等地的部分地区将有10级以上雷暴大风，最大风力可达11级以上；西北地区东部、华北、内蒙古东部、东北地区中西部、江南东部和南部、华南中南部等地的部分地区将有小时雨量大于20毫米的短时强降水天气，其中，河北中部和南部、北京南部、广西东南部、广东西南部、海南岛等地的部分地区小时雨量大于50毫米，最大可达70毫米以上。预计，强对流的主要影响时段为今天傍晚至明天白天。

公安部交通管理局提醒受影响地区人员：要了解当地政府以及应急管理、气象等部门发布的临近预警信息，本周末两天切勿随意外出，关好门窗，注意远离棚架广告牌等搭建物，尽可能待在防风安全的地方。
